PREDATOR LEAGUE
TERMS OF USE, COMPETITION RULES & LEGAL INDEMNITY (SOUTH AFRICA)

1. DEFINITIONS: Platform refers to Predator League and all affiliates. User refers to any
   participant.
2. ACCEPTANCE: By using this platform, you agree to all terms and confirm you are 18+ and
   legally allowed to use firearms.
3. LEGAL COMPLIANCE: Users must comply with all South African laws, including firearm and
   conservation laws.
4. PERMITS: Users must obtain all permits and landowner permission. Full responsibility lies with
   the User.
5. NO ORGANISATION: Platform does not organise hunts and is only a digital competition
   platform.
6. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: Hunting involves serious risks including injury or death. Users accept
   all risks.
7. LIABILITY WAIVER: Platform is not liable for injury, death, damages, or losses under any
   circumstances.
8. INDEMNITY: Users agree to cover any legal claims or damages against the Platform.
9. FIREARMS: Must be legally owned and used safely. No reckless use allowed.
10. NIGHT HUNTING: Only allowed with proper permits and must follow all laws.
11. COMPETITION RULES: Entries must be legal and genuine. Fraud results in bans.
12. NO WARRANTIES: Platform is provided as-is with no guarantees.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Total liability limited to R0.
14. DEATH CLAUSE: No claims may be made by user or their estate.
15. USER CONDUCT: Illegal or unsafe behavior leads to bans.
16. REPORTING: Platform may report illegal actions to authorities.
17. PRIVACY: Data handled according to South African law.
18. DISPUTES: Governed by South African law.
19. SEVERABILITY: Invalid clauses do not affect the rest.
20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This is the full agreement.
21. NO REFUNDS: All payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
22. ADMIN DECISIONS: All decisions are final and cannot be disputed.
23. WAIVER OF DISPUTE: Users waive rights to challenge decisions or initiate chargebacks.
